Are you wanting more from motherhood and are no longer willing to settle?
Do you want to break free from the overwhelm and unnecessary mum guilt once and for all?
Are you ready to finally take care of you the way you take care of your family?
If you're here, it's likely that you've felt the call for something more in your life and motherhood.
So, first let me congratulate you on this powerful first step.
In the whirlwind of motherhood, it's not easy to pause and reflect on your journey. But you're here, and that says a lot about how you're ready to claim it for yourself.
Let's Get Real About Modern Motherhood
Motherhood is a paradox: full of unparalleled love yet laden with overwhelm, frustration and guilt. Whether you are in the thick of the early months or years into the journey, it's easy to feel like your wants and needs have been left behind.
A recent survey found that 94% of mums feel parenting-related guilt on a regular basis. A straggering but unsurprising statistic.
(BabyCentre, 2021)
You've likely carried the selfless, sacrificing narrative for a while- but deep down, you know you're made for more.
More joy, better balance and alignment. Yep, you're ready for a motherhood where your dreams, self-care and fulfilment have a place too.
It's Never Too Early (Or Too Late) to Start
Continue to be a nurturing mum AND nurture your own dreams.
Find better balance that ACTUALLY works.
Invest in yourself WITHOUT guilt.
Rest AND and go for it
Create a life and motherhood you're proud of.
Maybe you're a new mum wanting to build the right foundation or a seasoned mum realising it's time to rediscover yourself. Wherever you are on your lifelong journey, this is your moment to:
You Don't Have to Choose Between Family and Fulfilment - You Deserve Both
Four Common Struggles Mums Face
...and How To Free Yourself From This
1
You feel a little lost as an individual.
Motherhood demands so much outward giving that it's easy to lose sight of yourself. Many mums experience frustration as they long for parts of their old lives while navigating the demands of their present, which they wouldn’t change for the world.
Together, we’ll create space for your full self, giving you permission to honour who you were, embrace who you are, and create a more fulfilling life and motherhood.
2
Mum guilt keeps holding you back.
Mum guilt can be relentless. It shows up as that loud inner critic, questioning your every move and convincing you that you’re never doing enough whichever way you turn. It’s exhausting, isn’t it?
Together, we’ll understand when the guilt is a necessary signal or if you are simply bucking up against expectations that don't quite fit... helping you create a more aligned life, quieten your inner critic, and build a more compassionate approach to yourself and your motherhood journey.
3
Perfectionism is taking away from the joy of motherhood.
Modern motherhood often feels like a never-ending quest to be the perfect mum, have a perfect home, excel in your career, and never miss a beat. The pressures to have it all at once leave little room for joy or spontaneity and instead leave you feeling drained and stretched too thin.
Together, we’ll figure out what truly makes you feel alive and focus on creating more of that, embrace where 'good enough' can truly lighten your load, and untangle yourself from pressures that don’t align with your values. Freeing you to focus on what truly matters.
4
Modern motherhood is overwhelming.
The constant demands of motherhood and life are often made even worse by blurred boundaries and can leave you feeling like overwhelm is your default state. But genuine self-care, healthy boundaries, and clear communication can change everything.
Together, we'll create space for your needs, help you confidently say no (and yes!) when you want to, and model positive self-worth to your children—because motherhood doesn’t have to mean martyrdom.
I can’t wait to share how my 1:1 coaching can help, but first let me tell you a bit about myself...
Hey, I'm Rebecca
I’m no stranger to the challenges of motherhood.
For me, it meant juggling a demanding career that no longer worked for my family and caring for a child with emerging needs.
At times, I felt at odds with my own life, caught in a cycle of depletion, frustration, and guilt. I felt unsure of how to manage and at a total loss for how to make positive changes. This kept me stuck for far too long.
Reaching professional burnout and rock bottom was a wake-up call for me. I finally chose to prioritise myself, invest in my growth, and build a life that works for me and my family.
But this mission to support mums started long before I became a mum myself. With nearly a decade as a children and families social worker, I’ve supported hundreds of families, especially mothers and women, to make positive change in their lives.
Today, as an accredited Life Coach and successful business owner, I bring my professional expertise and lived experience to empower mums like you to reclaim their lives and create fulfilling motherhoods.
Let’s work together to:
-
Build confidence to make aligned changes.
-
Create space for your needs and dreams.
-
Shift from survival mode to thriving on your terms.
Motherhood doesn’t have to mean losing yourself. Let’s create a motherhood and life that feel true to you.
Don’t fall for the trap of waiting for the 'perfect' moment—let’s start building the life you deserve today.

Life feels hectic right now, perhaps I should wait until my family life feels more managable?Truth is, there may NEVER be the perfect time to invest in yourself. A key question to ask yourself is where do you want to be 6 months from now? Do you want to be exactly where you are now, or do you want to be carving out a better way for you and your family? A fulfilling life where you can access the joy and freedom you deserve- all while being the mum you always dreamed of being. I've not coached a single mum who told me “I have time and capacity now to invest in myself”. They’ve all been doing exactly what you’re doing - working hard in the home or outside of the home, taking care of their kids and all the other responsibilities. They were just tired of waiting for a time when it would feel right to prioritise themselves. There is no “perfect” time. There’s just time and what you do with it.

Why do you require 6 or 12 session packages, rather than month on month?I used to offer one-off coaching sessions and shorter coaching packages, but I soon realised they weren’t quite what my clients needed for truly powerful transformations. Full disclosure: I would always recommend the more comprehensive package because it gives you ample time and dedicated space to work through challenges, build self-worth and confidence, and start building the life you want. However, I also recognise the importance of offering a more accessible package too. I view coaching as a partnership, where we embark on a journey together. I want you to have the space to integrate the ideas and changes from our sessions with support and accountability. Because change is never a smooth ride, you will need support when you encounter challenges. Whether you choose a 6 or 12 session package, each is designed to guide you towards transformation and help integrate your goals into your everyday life. You don't just learn how; you become it.

I'm not sure I can invest in me right now, maybe I should wait?I've been where you are. A few years back, I knew I needed to make changes in my life that I could only make with the support of others that understood the complexity of life and motherhood, but I felt I couldn't justify the cost. So life carried on in the same way, and I slipped further away from myself. Eventually, I realised it was just another mindset shift and I couldn't afford not to for the sake of me, or my family. I invested in coaching for the first time, and my personal and professional life completely transformed. I have since learnt to enjoy investing in myself since the rewards have been ten fold for me and my loved ones. If this is the first time you've invested in yourself I am sure this feels quite daunting, or even uncomfortable. But I am not surprised- as women and mothers we are endlessly told and sold stories that a good mother is a completely selfless one. However, I would ask how is that narrative playing out for you now? As cliched as it sounds, there is never a truer statement said than a happy mum = a happy baby/child/family. It's time to put some focus and energy into you, the way you do for your family! Plus, we have payment plans available so you can slowly stretch out of your comfort zone, while still investing in yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
"I came to coaching with Becks having recently returned to work after maternity leave. I was really struggling, and felt sad and exhausted from trying to do it all. After 3 months of weekly sessions I can honestly say I no longer feel like that. I have loved working with Becks and cannot recommend her enough! She’s given me a huge confidence boost and has patiently guided me towards self compassion, helping me to rebalance my work and home life. Now I have so many tools to continue to look after myself and am regularly carving out time to make positive changes that benefit me and my family. Becks strikes the perfect balance between supporting you and challenging your thinking. She is kind, thoughtful and full of energy. Getting in touch with her has been one of the best decisions I’ve made as a new mum".
