Illness

Please do not bring your child to class if you or your child exhibit any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to a high temperature, new persistent cough, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19 or any other contagious illness. Additionally, please refrain from attending if you are required to self-isolate due to potential exposure to COVID-19 or any other contagious disease.

Please do not bring your child to class if they have any contagious illness such as chickenpox, impetigo, conjunctivitis, etc.

In the case of sickness and diarrhoea, your child must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending a class.

​

We advise against massaging your baby until at least 24 hours after any immunisations.

​

Our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry if they reasonably believe that your child is not well enough to participate.

Health and Safety

​

The health and safety of babies, children, and parents in our classes is of paramount importance. To ensure this:

• All resources and equipment are cleaned and checked before each use, and any damaged toys or equipment are immediately removed for repair or disposal as appropriate.

• Please keep noise to a minimum while waiting for your class to maintain a calm and peaceful environment for all participants

• You are responsible for the supervision of any children you bring at all times. Children should always be under the direct supervision of an adult and should never be left unattended.

• Please dispose of used nappies properly by taking them with you unless there is a clearly marked designated nappy bin at the venue.

• Participation in a MOTHER & MORE class is entirely at your own risk. MOTHER & MORE and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence, breach of duty, or lack of due diligence on our part.

Refunds and Cancellations

MOTHER & MORE is under no obligation to refund or transfer your payment in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. We regret that we cannot offer alternatives for missed lessons. Unfortunately, what seems like one simple request is an impractically huge administrative task when spread across a huge number of clients. However, you are welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift.

If we need to cancel a class for any reason on our end, we will refund you for that class.

Data Protection, Online Security, and Privacy

Occasionally, we take photographs and videos during classes for marketing purposes (e.g., on social media sites and the MOTHER & MORE website). If you do not wish for your photograph or your child’s photograph to be used in this manner, please inform your class leader.

When booking a MOTHER & MORE class, we require you to register your details and those of your child or children. The information provided on our registration form includes personal data. MOTHER & MORE will record, process, and store your personal information securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will not be shared with or sold to any third parties without your explicit consent.

Your data is used primarily for processing transactions and for marketing communications. We will provide you with information about the course you have booked and details about future MOTHER & MORE classes. Occasionally, we may send emails to our customers with relevant information, and you can choose to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

​

You may also choose to join our mailing list, where we will send you information that may be of interest to you, such as special one-off classes and new course offerings.

Any payment card details you provide for transactions will be securely handled by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment information.
